Our delivery process
From the first discussion to launch and ongoing improvement, we organise work around the business goal, the agreed scope and evidence that the result functions.

Built around the problem, not a template
Every project starts with what the business needs to achieve. A marketing engagement, a WooCommerce rebuild and a custom AI workflow have different risks and success criteria. We adapt the work plan accordingly instead of promising identical steps or dates for every project.
The project lifecycle
- DiscoveryWe examine the objective, audience, existing systems, constraints, security, data and any external dependencies. The output is a clearer problem definition.
- Scope & proposalWe document practical deliverables, responsibilities, timing assumptions and commercial terms. The relevant contracting company is identified before acceptance.
- Architecture & designWhere needed, we define information architecture, UX, technical choices, content requirements and integration approach before implementation.
- Build & iterateWe develop, configure, create and review within the agreed scope. Changes with material impact are evaluated and approved rather than silently added.
- Quality & acceptanceWe test the relevant flows, responsiveness, content and technical requirements, and resolve issues according to agreed acceptance criteria.
- Launch & continuityWe coordinate deployment or handover and outline documentation, ownership and support responsibilities. Maintenance or optimisation continues only under the relevant plan.
What we typically need from you
- A clear primary objective and the audience you serve.
- Your current website, infrastructure or product details, if applicable.
- Decision-makers, budget parameters and a realistic review process.
- Existing branding, content, lawful assets and integrations.
- One point of contact for approvals and feedback.
How success is evaluated
Success criteria differ: a faster website might use measured loading performance and functional coverage; an SEO engagement may track indexing, qualified traffic and conversions; software delivery may use functionality, reliability and security criteria. Targets should be defined before work begins. Search rankings, advertising returns or platform availability are not guaranteed outcomes.
After delivery
We agree who controls hosting, domains, repositories, licences, accounts, backups and ongoing maintenance. Documentation, training or additional support are included only where specified in the deliverables.
