Ways to work together
Fixed-scope project
Suitable when features, deliverables and acceptance criteria can be defined in advance, such as a website build, discrete audit or scoped implementation.
Best when requirements are stable and sign-off milestones are clear.
Time & materials
Useful for exploratory engineering, consulting, integrations, troubleshooting or evolving requirements. Billing is based on agreed rates and recorded work.
Best when the work cannot be estimated accurately up front.
Monthly retainer
Often suitable for SEO, campaign support, site maintenance, content operations or recurring development, with a defined monthly capacity and reporting scope.
Best for continuing work that benefits from ongoing attention.
Discovery or audit
A smaller first engagement to assess a website, product, architecture or marketing challenge and prepare an actionable proposal for subsequent work.
Best when priorities and risks are not yet clear.
What affects the estimate
- Scope complexity, number of templates, workflows and integrations.
- Existing infrastructure quality and migration needs.
- Data handling, privacy, security and compliance requirements.
- Design and content production responsibilities.
- Testing, deployment and ongoing support expectations.
- Urgency, approval cycles and dependencies on other vendors.
What a proposal should clearly state
A useful proposal identifies the contracting entity, deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions, revision allowance, milestones, fees and currency, tax treatment, invoice schedule, licence responsibilities and what is excluded. We prefer a clearly documented scope rather than a price label that conceals important dependencies.
Third-party budgets and recurring costs
Costs for hosting, domains, premium plugins, advertising budget, media licences, external software, cloud usage and transactional APIs may be additional unless included in writing. Ongoing subscriptions should be assigned to the party that will own and manage them after delivery.
Changes, support and cancellation
If new requirements arise, the provider and customer should review the cost and timeline impact before continuing. Maintenance availability, minimum terms, pauses and cancellation are defined in the relevant written engagement; no generic monthly or one-size-fits-all cancellation promise is made here.
Request an accurate proposal
Send the business objective, current website or platform, desired deliverables, timeline considerations and available constraints through the contact page. Both LIMIT SRL and LIMIT MARKETING SRL can contract and invoice, with the applicable provider named in the accepted offer.
