LiMiT.agency describes the combined development, software engineering, digital marketing and consulting offering. LIMIT SRL provides the established technology-company foundation; LIMIT MARKETING SRL is the specialised marketing business. The two companies are separate legal entities.
Which company is your contractual provider?
Depending on the engagement, either LIMIT SRL or LIMIT MARKETING SRL may issue the proposal, sign the agreement and invoice the customer. The actual contracting entity is stated in the accepted offer, service agreement and invoice. A customer does not automatically have a contract with both companies simply because both are named on this website.
Project-specific contractual terms take priority for the relevant engagement where legally permissible.
